Highlight Wedding Video Examples

One question we always get asked is, “How do you make your videos look so cinematic”? The answer is easy. There are three things needed to achieve a cinematic style video. First, we shoot our wedding videos in 24P. This refers to how many frames pass by the viewers eyes per second. Shooting at this frame rate creates a much softer feel to the footage. This is a trick which is utilized in almost every motion picture today! Second, our cameras have very large sensors which allow us to achieve a shallow depth of field. Shallow depth

of field refers to a narrow focal point and the separation between the focal point and the background. Achieving shallow depth of field gives us more options when shooting for creative editing. The final factor is an obvious one, we shoot with multiple cameras which gives us many angles to chose from and keeps the video interesting!

Sound recording is another special feature which makes our videos unique. A discrete wireless microphone is placed under the grooms lapel, and audio is recorded through a Pro Tools LE recording system. This enables us to digitally master the audio before adding it to your video sequence. We are not only a videography company, but also a recording studio!
